Shipping & Tracking
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the growing concerns of the COVID-19 outbreak, shipments are taking 2-3 weeks longer than normal.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WORLDWIDE & all orders are shipped with tracking, which will be provided with your shipping notification email once the order is processed. However, please note that the tracking number sometimes do not update right away and tracking to certain countries only update upon arrival within the country. Make sure you are using the correct tracking website which is www.17track.net/en. Once your item arrives at your local country, you can track your item using the website of your local carrier such as USPS, Canada Post, etc.
Usually, we process your orders within 3-5 business days and standard delivery take 9-18 days for most orders within the U.S. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased/where you live! Due to extremely high demand, the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 7 business days to process your order and up to 2 months for your delivery to arrive. Where are the items made and shipped from?
Our products are made in both Vietnam and China dependant on the item. We believe that quality work can be done anywhere in the world and have handpicked and trained only the best. Our factory practices fair treatment and wages and we prides ourselves on our company culture that inspires.
Items are shipped from both Hong Kong and China.
Why was I charged a different price than stated on the website?
We are a US based company and our prices are based in USD. However, we've included a currency converter on our website that automatically converts this price to your local currency! Upon checkout, the prices will be converted back and charged in USD. If you are using a credit card with any currency other than USD, there may be slight discrepancies between what you're charged and what was displayed on our website due to differences in the conversion rate used by your credit card company.
Will this item get here before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. Any orders made AFTER November 15th have no promise to arrive on time for Christmas due to the long delays at the post office this time of the year!
Return Policy, Customs and Lost Products
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
Custom fees encountered during international import are not our responsibility. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any return fees if our shipment is denied or delivered due to incorrect address. However, we will re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are undeliverable to the correct address.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
